3D CAM Modeling: Engineered high-fidelity 3D relief models in Carveco from approved 2D vector graphics, establishing a tight feedback loop with kitchen production to optimize depth dimensions.

Toolpath Engineering: Developed highly optimized CNC toolpaths to translate final 3D designs into precise industrial embossing molds.

The Creative Loop: Designed a hybrid photography and AI pipeline to bypass traditional studio constraints, turning raw physical captures into flawless, e-commerce-ready digital assets.
THE RESULT
The adopted iterative feedback loops in production enabled the reduction of baked good wastage by more than 50%. I was also able to bridge the gap between flat creative artwork, industrial manufacturing, and digital e-commerce. I also managed a pipeline that successfully scaled from raw physical product to live, high-conversion web assets.

THE SCOPE
Transformed client-approved 2D artwork into production-ready 3D CAM models for CNC machining. Simultaneously, directed a hybrid photography and AI pipeline to generate high-fidelity web marketing assets for the digital storefront.
THE CHALLENGE
Engineering: 3D reliefs required precise draft angles and depths to ensure physical molds could cleanly stamp dough without cracking or losing detail during high-heat baking.
Production: Overcame severe traditional photography bottlenecks (high studio costs, slow retouching, and natural cookie surface imperfections) by designing a rapid, repeatable AI workflow.
